Second-generation associate and Certified Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Gregg Palubicki ensures that every piece of cheese crafted at this plant meets his high standards. Like his father before him, Gregg is passionate about crafting the finest naturally aged cheeses. Only when Gregg decides it’s good enough to serve to his Dad and his entire family, will it wear the Black Creek Classic label. Thanks to Gregg and the rest of our dedicated team, our Black Creek plant is noted throughout the country as a producer of award-winning natural cheese products. Black Creek Classic Cheeses are sought after for the premium taste and rich texture they add to upscale deli offerings, specialty cheese counters and discerning food service operators.
