Pasture-Grazed White Cheddar Cheese
As fresh as the season

Pasture-grazing benefits the cows, the environment, the flavor of the milk – and of course – the quality and fresh taste of these fine Black Creek Classic Cheeses.

What is Pasture-Grazed?

All the milk used in Pasture-Grazed White Cheddar Cheese comes from cows that have grazed freely for at least 50 percent of their nutrition. While most cows are fed a grain-based diet for the highest milk production, pasture-grazed cows eat field-grown natural grasses and legumes. You can almost taste the bright sunshine and the crisp Wisconsin rain that nurtures the rich, green hills and valleys of America’s Dairyland. And, because the time for this idyllic grazing is limited, so is the amount of genuine Signature Select Black Creek Pasture Grazed White Cheddar Cheese. Our advice – when you see it, don’t hesitate – enjoy it immediately, or wait until next Spring.
