Apple and Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Crisp

Arrange apples in a 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then pour the lemon juice and corn syrup over apples. Combine the sugar, flour and salt. Cut in butter, until the mixture has the consistency of cornmeal. Gently mix in the cheese. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour, or until apples are tender.

2/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter
1 cup (4 ounces) Black Creek Classic Pasture-Grazed Cheddar cheese
